Homemade chicken liver pate - served with a fig chutney and crusty bread.

Homemade soup of the day.  v

Mushrooms stuffed with dolcelatte and pancetta - served on a bed of tomato and basil sauce.

Frittura Mista – classic Italian dish, deep fried baby squid and king prawns served with garlic mayonnaise and salad leaves.

Bruschetta Mista con Buffalo Mozzarella –grilled ciabatta bread rubbed with fresh garlic and olive oil, topped with basil and fresh tomato and the other topped with a pepper relish with garlic and parsley.  Served with a buffalo mozzarella, artichoke salad.  Served with fresh basil pesto and olives

Saltimbocca di Taleggio e Prosciutto - Taleggio an Italian Alpine semi soft cheese, wrapped in prosciutto and breadcrumbed then deep fried. Served on a bed of salad leaves with reduced balsamic dressing, red onion marmalade and roasted pepper relish.

Main course

Pollo gorgonzola e funghi porcini – grilled chicken breast in a creamy blue cheese sauce with porcini mushrooms.  Served with roast potatoes and wilted spinach.

Gnocchi Collina – Simply tossed with goat cheese and roasted peppers.  Flavoured with garlic and thyme and red onion marmalade, served on a bed of spinach.  Garnished with pesto.  v

Seafood spaghetti/or risotto - with mussels, squid, clams, king prawns, monkfish. Cooked with white wine, tomato and garlic and fresh parsley, topped with a langoustine.

Monkfish provencale – roasted monkfish served on roasted Mediterranean vegetable and a tomato compote.  Served with crusty bread and new potatoes.

Vitello rustico – veal escalope coated in breadcrumbs topped with parma ham and melted fontina cheese.  Served with a tomato and basil sauce with potato wedges and grilled Mediterranean vegetables.

Tagliatelle al Salmone e asparagi - smoked salmon and asparagus served with a short tube pasta cooked in a cream sauce topped with crispy leeks.

Involtini di Manzo – thin slices of beef rolled with Parma ham, cooked in a rich tomato, red wine, thyme and garlic sauce. Served with roast potatoes and seasonal veg.

Salcicce con Cavolo Nero- Tuscan sausages grilled and laid on a bed of Italian cabbage cooked with pancetta and sage.  Served with roasted potatoes.

Peperoni Vestiti – stuffed peppers filled with cous cous, chestnut mushrooms, toasted pinenuts and grilled courgette.  Topped with fontina cheese and served on a bed of light tomato sauce.   Served with roast potatoes.  v
